As a Production Planning Manager at Atlantic Aviation Group, I oversee the safe, cost-effective, and on-time delivery of aircraft maintenance inputs for various customers. I have more than 20 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and engineering, holding a category B1 and C license with type ratings on B737NG and Max, A320 CEO and NEO, and B767 aircraft. I was recently awarded a BA in Business Management Practices from the University of Limerick, where I learned the key aspects of strategic management, supply chain management, customer relationship management, and cross-cultural communications. As Operations Performance and Development Manager, I was responsible for the training and development of the Part 145 engineering staff, as well as the improvement and implementation of policies and processes to drive efficiencies within the organization. I worked closely with all departments, including commercial, finance, marketing, and quality, and built strong relationships with the customers to support the efficient and controlled operation of the business. I have a proven history as an AOG Recovery Engineer, operating within Europe on the Ryanair network, where I demonstrated my skills in system troubleshooting, rectification, engine borescope inspection, and high power engine running.
