Dedicated to improving the well-being of marginalized, oppressed, and vulnerable populations. With extensive experience in social work, child welfare, and community services, I am committed to supporting individuals and families through challenging times. Currently serving as a Child Welfare Case Manager at Children’s Network of SWFL, I oversee child welfare tasks, develop safety and case plans, and conduct regular home visits to ensure family engagement and child safety. As an MSW Bereavement/Social Work Intern at Avow Hospice, I facilitate grief support groups, provide individual counseling, and assess bereavement needs. My internship at Valerie’s House Naples allowed me to support youth and teens through peer grief groups and develop community resources. I have a proven track record of community engagement from my role as a Community Activities & Services Coordinator at Project Access. Here, I developed educational programs and increased community participation. My previous roles at David Lawrence Behavioral Health Center and Youth Haven have strengthened my crisis intervention and trauma-informed care skills. My work with The Salvation Army has enhanced my ability to coordinate youth programs and foster a creative environment for personal growth. I am certified in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED, Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid, and Florida Board Child Welfare Professional. With strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work in multi-cultural environments, I am dedicated to positively impacting the lives of those I serve.
