I accepted my current role at Trek10 because I knew I wouldn’t be the smartest person in the room which can hamper growth, which takes effort, self-reflection, and ego suppression. I never assume I have the best answer, but I know that with proper iteration the best answer will make itself known. My next career goal is to leverage a decade of government experience and embrace new challenges, into a senior role.Fun fact: I'm a pilot! It's by far the coolest thing about me.
