With over 21 years of work experience in various roles and sectors, I am a versatile and adaptable professional with a passion for learning and teaching. I am an independent insurance agent at Messer-Bowers Co, where I provide customized coverage solutions for different industries. I value integrity, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, and I strive to deliver high-quality service and support to my clients and partners. As an independent agent, I have access to many different carriers that can offer competitive rates and policies for various commercial insurance needs. I work closely with my clients to understand their specific risks and requirements, and I tailor the best coverage options for them. I also educate them on the benefits and features of the insurance products, and I assist them with the claims process and renewals. In addition to my producer role, I also serve as an Education and Training manager at the Air National Guard, where I manage the 110th Operations Group training program. This includes processing training requests, compiling reports, and regularly briefing Commanders on the status of the Training Program. I leverage my teaching, management, and supervisory skills to coordinate and facilitate the training and education programs for the 110th OG.
