I’m a product, engineering, and innovation leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling products in complex, regulated, and high-impact environments—primarily in medtech and digital health, and more recently in CPG services and AI-powered platforms. My work blends strategic insight with execution: I help companies understand their customers deeply, shape bold but grounded product visions, and bring cross-functional teams into alignment to deliver real outcomes. I’ve led product teams through full lifecycle development—from discovery to launch—and advised executive teams on product strategy, innovation frameworks, and scalable service design. In medtech and digital health, I’ve delivered predictive and GenAI-enabled products, built evidence-based roadmaps, and worked closely with clinicians, patients, and business leaders to ensure adoption in real-world clinical and professional workflows. In my current consulting role with a leading CPG retail consultancy, I’m working directly with the COO and executive team to design a product development process that supports scalable innovation, operational clarity, and future growth.
