With over 10 years of experience in the commercial lending space including time at major banks, I’ve worked with a wide range of entrepreneurs to structure financing solutions that meet both immediate needs and long-term goals. My approach is simple: I leverage strong industry networks and market knowledge to provide a clear, customized path to funding, so my clients can focus on running and growing their business. Areas of financing expertise include-Commercial real estate purchases & construction (industrial, office, retail)-Mergers & acquisitions / cash flow lending -Working capital, operating lines, and margin facilities -Land & development financing for pre-sale residential projects -Multi-family residential properties -Professional & healthcare practice financing -Equipment leasing & financing -Leasehold improvements Before entering lending, I spent a decade working in my family’s business in the Fraser Valley. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face, and it continues to drive my passion for helping business owners succeed. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Simon Fraser University, with part of my studies completed at National Taiwan University. Outside of work, I continue to explore international business and enjoy traveling for both professional and personal growth.
