About Patrik Lundgren

I am a highly effective management professional emphasizing innovation and creativity in solving complex problems. My motto is; Like the spring flood that hits an obstacle it in turn, whilst facing a challenge, will always find another way to work itself towards it´s goal. With a broad and extensive product related background acquired from different fields I leverage my knowledge and acquired skills to my current position as a product manager to deliver new features and achieve business objectives in time and under budget. As Business Area Responsible at Uppstuk I learned how to identify business opportunities as well as structure and plan consulting activities. As a project manager at Scania I´ve learned the critical factors of synergy effects, i.e. observing, identifying and promoting individual competencies. This experience has helped me with achieving efficient development teams in my current role. As a Sales Engineer at KYAB I learned the basics in solutions selling, i.e. listening to and understanding customer challenges. An experience that helps me identify insights, refine customer queries and prioritize workload. As a Co-founder of OneDay Sweden I learned the critical success factor of customer validation, i.e. there is no room for speculations without risks for setbacks. As a process developer at Scania I learned the power of cross-functional collaboration. That it´s important to broaden your scope to not only consider the current main purpose. To achieve long term success surrounding dependcies also needs to be considered.
