About Patrizia Dodaro

I am an international development professional with over 15 years experience as project manager of NGOs and social businesses in developing and emerging countries. I have designed and implemented projects funded by various donors (EU, Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and private donors), in the field of rural development, food security, women inclusion, micro finance and migration. I managed a skills-based volunteer program that engage business professionals and students in pro-bono consulting projects. As Bankers without Borders project manager in the MENA region, I successfully managed key partnerships with Fortune 500 companies such as JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, HSBC, for whom volunteering is part of CSR, employee engagement or professional development. Currently I am the country representative of an Italian NGO in Senegal. Using my strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to multitask and work in a team in multi-cultural environment, my main goal is to keep working in the field of international cooperation and CSR initiatives.
