Hello!I am an International Relations student with a focus on International Institutions and Governance in the regional cluster of Asia and the Pacific. I am passionate about the integration of Eastern and Western political ideas, cultural philosophies, and governance practices in the essence of the ever-connected world we live in today.At the same time, I am a proactive and results-driven professional with extensive experience in high-volume administrative legal functions, providing customer service support and facilitating smooth office operations; all while constantly demonstrating adept organizational and time management skills while ensuring keen attention to detail. In my current role as an administrative assistant, I have had to effectively manage my time and display exceptional organizational skills as I am faced with multiple tasks at the same time, such as drafting correspondence, handling multiple phone lines, administering records of physical and digital files as well as of office supplies, and providing overall assistance to legal assistants and attorneys.As a dynamic communicator, I have confidence in my ability to effectively communicate with inquiring clients over the phone or in person in an empathetic yet professional manner, ensuring the utmost positive customer experience. I also actively engage my adept interpersonal skills in building trust and relationships with colleagues and vendors I constantly interact with as the first person of contact of the firm. I can work independently with minimal supervision, while simultaneously thriving as a collaborative team member to optimize diverse ideas to reach the best results in the most efficient manner possible. I am forever committed to continuous adaptability, learning, and improvement to impact team success.Outside juggling school, work, and personal relationships, I enjoy recipe developing, learning new languages (currently learning Spanish on Duolingo!), styling vintage finds, and keeping up with nebulae images captured by the James Webb telescope - what a time to be alive!
