More than 20 years professional experience in medium and large IT companies where I covered Sales operational and support roles. In cooperation with the Sales Manager and IT Solution Specialists, I currently manage Enterprise and PMI customer demands in IT Security, Networking and Systems areas. I’m responsible for managing the sales process, starting from the analysis of the request, the issue and negotiation of quotation up to order processing stage. Everyday contacts and relations with major IT vendors and channel partners are essential in my profile to get expertise on products and services to better understand and meet customer needs. This context enables me to improve my communication and organization skills, crucial to operate in an inspiring and constantly evolving market.
