About Patryk Habkowski

I am Director of Quality Management for EMEA and APAC regions at Luminator Technology Group. I have over 10 years of experience in quality control in the automotive industry, in both high- and low-volume production environments. Following the principle that "quality is everywhere," my priority is to foster a quality culture throughout the organisation, ensuring its place in the company's strategy. I have extensive experience managing both domestic and global projects – from concept to implementation. Here are some examples of projects I was responsible for (for more, see the "Projects" section): I implemented ISO:9001 quality management certification at the matrix level of the company's branches, I shortened customer complaint response time from 7 days to half a day, I reduced scrap costs by approximately per month by implementing a non-conforming material management process. The results began to be visible after approximately six months. Other, but equally important, facts: I built an 11-person international engineering team, which I currently manage (planning the development, fostering motivation, and creating a pleasant work environment). People say I've earned their loyalty and trust, which I'm proud of. In just five years, I was promoted from production engineer to director, making me the youngest director in the company's current structure. As an introvert, I consciously and consistently built my self-confidence, thanks to which I can now, for example, speak in front of large audiences (the largest being people), regardless of the size of the audience (e.g, over 50 people from the company, including experts and directors). Another of my strengths is building collaborative relationships with clients, which allows for the efficient and effective implementation of specific requirements. An example is helping a company pass a qualification audit for a key OEM client in the railway industry, moving from a 'No Pass'(below 40%) to a 'Pass'(above 88%).
