I’m a biotechnologist, specializing in cell biology, particularly in cellular response to viral infection. During my PhD I studied the response to VSV infection in RIG-I-dependent pathway. My professional skills include, among others: total RNA extraction, RT-qPCR, PCR, ELISA, Western blot, flow cytometry, CRISPR/Cas9 and cell culturing. I have worked in GLP environments. I have prepared the documentation (e.g: SOPs) in accordance with the requirements of GDP. In addition, I have participated in validation of several molecular biology methods, including CRISPR/Cas9 and automated ELISA techniques.
