About Patsy Gasca

As the Disaster Program Manager I am responsible for providing functional expertise to the Regional Disaster Officer and Volunteer Leadership at a regional level as well as taking full cycle responsibility to provide service delivery programs for Santa Cruz, Monterey under the supervision and authority of a Senior Disaster Program Manager or Regional Disaster Officer. As the Disaster Program Manager I am responsible for the development and leadership of volunteers, as well as implementing and developing initiatives to increase Red Cross visibility through program/service delivery. I am a program and service subject matter expert to staff, management, volunteers and external partners. I am able to accomplish this responsibility largely through the development, operational guidance, and support of a team of trained volunteer leaders, volunteers and partners that will stand ready to deliver/support the services of disaster preparedness, response, and recovery programs in and around my assigned jurisdiction.
