About Patsy Kahoe

Patsy’s focus for over twenty years has been the delivery of large group collaborative process events to solve complex, systemic challenges in a compressed time frame. In 1994 she joined MG Taylor Corporation, a seminal leader in this arena, playing a central corporate role during its expansion, including the licensing and transfer of the Taylor Methodology to Ernst & Young, the World Economic Forum, NASA and other organizations around the world. In 2006 Patsy assumed management of MG Taylor’s subsidiary Athenaeum International, a globally recognized manufacturer of custom environments specifically designed to enhance collaborative work. Today she continues to work in this field – designing, consulting and sourcing furniture and custom solutions for collaborative workspaces. She represents manufacturers in the U.S, Europe and Australia. In addition to ongoing delivery of the Taylor Methodology, Patsy is a founding member of Rainforest Strategies, a professional services firm that uses an empirical methodology grounded in the science of innovation and complexity to help clients cultivate and sustain an effective innovation culture. Patsy served as Sponsor Liaison for T2 Venture Creation’s 2015 Global Innovation Summit. She also acts in an advisory role to several start-up organizations, as well as a leading regional health system that employs an in-house dedicated facility and team for developing innovative and strategic concepts for health care.
