I achieved a Master in Commerce degree in Business Management: Human Resources, a Honors degree in HR, a degree in Learning and Development, Higher Diploma in Post Education, and have gained 15+ years of experience in leadership roles globally (MENA, GCC, Indian Ocean, and South Africa). I specialize in People Management and Learning and Development within 5-star Hospitality Hotels/Resorts, Conservation and Wildlife, Tourism, Education (TVET & HET), NGO and the Private Sector. My passion is Strategic Management, HR Analysis, Education, Culture Diversity, Retention, Coaching, Mentoring, and Talent Development. I am vision-minded with the ability to see the "bigger picture", and driven by achievements, goals, targets, and delivery.
