Migrated mission critical credit application system from legacy Unix and Sybase system to BizTalk 2009 in a SQL Server clustered high availability fail over configuration, planned for and implemented data center fail over process that became the company standard for all mission critical systems. Subject matter expert for credit and payroll systems. Rebuilt four Sybase and two SQL Servers with over 100 databases for disaster recovery after data center SAN outage. Formulated and maintained Database Standards and Relationship Diagrams and their associated documentation. Provided solution for Navy ships at war to receive critical data while disconnected from replication. Led migration of Navy database from Sybase 11 on UNIX to Oracle 9i on Windows
