A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I began as a consulting dietitian for K&A Nutrition (Tulsa, OK) in February 2016. I was founding program director for the Keith & Associates Distance Dietetic Internship (KADDI) and in that position until November 2020. I now serve as Associate Director and Clinical Instructor. KADDI is fully accredited to admit 97 interns annually by the Accreditation Council in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). I currently hold an adjunct faculty appointment in the Department of Nutrition and Family Sciences at the University of Central Arkansas, Conway, AR. From 1998 - 2015 I was on the faculty at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and upon early retirement in 2015 was named Professor Emeritus, Department of Nutritional Sciences.
