I started my journey with ThedaCare in 2002 working in the Education Department, transferred in 2004 to the role of Education LMS Technician; supporting the Learning Management System, online course, assessment and video and document creation using various applications to support ThedaCare and affiliate clinical staff. I am as of 2012 proud to be part of the Learning Center for Collaborative Care in the Learning Center Technician role. In this role I am supporting a competency-based learning process that transitions graduate nurses to proficient clinical practitioners. We support ThedaCare’s True North Vision this process will enhance the confidence and proficiency of our nurses to support the needs of our patients. My current role as a technician is to generate new student technical set up, maintain website, create video presentations to help in training new staff and continue to work with ThedaCare's Learning Management System.
