I offer support to adults coping with:+ Anxiety or stress + Depression + Situations in which they find themselves dissociating + A sense of loss or grief at losing a hoped-for future including childlessness, divorce, redundancy + Hurtful or diminishing relationships (individuals only) including personal relationships with partner, parent or child and work relationships including work performance issues + Struggling with the consequences of experienced childhood neglect or emotional, physical or sexual abuse + The strain of living with a sense of shame or guilt or low self-esteem + Feelings of guilt or irritation when caring for dependent partners or parents or with adult dependent children If any of this feels familiar then call me on 07768 869 551 for a free assessment or simply to find out how I may be able to help you. There is no commitment for you to continue. I work both face-to-face and online (over Zoom) with Adults. My practice is based in the beautiful county of Northumberland at counselling rooms in Darras Hall, Ponteland near Newcastle, and in the market town of Morpeth. There is plenty of parking in both locations. Both centres have reception desk and waiting area. Darras Hall has wheelchair access. Counselling appointments are one hour between 09:00-17:00 on Monday to Friday. I can also offer evening appointments. Our work together is confidential.
