I've spent my career helping employers wrestle with their retirement programs, figuring out how to provide competitive benefits at manageable cost levels as company and employee needs change over time. This includes navigating the legislative and economic landscape, as well as ultimately communicating strategy and direction to C-suite, boards, outside constituents, and participants. I've held a variety of leadership roles with a goal to inspire employees to deliver excellence with pride, to quickly adapt to changing client needs, and to innovate to help move the industry forward and build solutions for generations to come.I'm passionate about both people and community, and I'm proud to have invested my time building others up and connecting them with opportunity. I earned Risk & Insurance magazine's Responsibility Leader designation for my work mentoring younger professionals and volunteering in the community.and the work isn't nearly done!
