I've spent my career in the greater Missouri/Kansas region helping employers wrestle with their retirement programs, figuring out how to provide competitive benefits at manageable cost levels as company and employee needs change over time. This includes navigating the legislative and economic landscape, as well as ultimately communicating strategy and direction to C-suite, boards, outside constituents, and participants. While I can personally dig into all aspects of retirement programs, in my market leader role I learn about your broader concerns and can connect you to WTW's deep resources for all of your people, risk, and capital needs. I'm passionate about both people and community, and I'm proud to have invested my time building others up and connecting them with opportunity. I earned Risk & Insurance magazine's Responsibility Leader designation for my work mentoring younger professionals and volunteering in the community.and the work isn't nearly done!
