Audio Visual Service Corporation (AVSC) In less than eighteen months led a failing regional operation from ranking 26th of 26 in profitability and customer service, to second in profitability and first in customer service nationwide.(South Florida) Within twelve months facilitated 65% growth in revenue, in part by the acquisition of two new contracts in an under-performing market.(Minnesota) During an eight-month period, successfully transitioned the area to a new software system and brand, and increased revenue at the property by 40% and profitability by 36%.
