I have a total of 31 years experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Chemicals & Construction Equipment in the areas of Project Execution & Construction Management, Business Development, Sales & Marketing and Technical Solutions in the Middle East and Africa. I am currently working as a Group Division Manager in the UAE, Qatar, Oman & Saudi Arabia with Albariq Equipment LLC based in the UAE in their Construction Equipment Division, where my responsibilities include supervising sales and marketing activities, initiating business development, managing Commercial as well as accounting functions and meeting organizational objectives. My competencies include ability to work efficiently in demanding work environments, knowledge of latest software tools including AutoCAD 2007, MS project & Primavera 3.1 Project Planner, expertise in project management, business development and diversification into newer markets, enhancing efficiency and productivity, and effectively optimise resource. I am dedicated to the principles of quality, dedication, and continuous improvement.
