About Paul Arsenault

Paul has over 25 years of IT experience with a breadth of skills both technical and managerial. Over the past 10 years Paul has been managing teams of highly skilled engineers in a high-pressure organization. During this time Paul has led several teams in improving technical and organizational capabilities while right-sizing to meet business needs. Most recently Paul was the Director of the Networking organization where he and the team improved service availability, customer relationships, and reduced technical debt while reducing costs by $5M per year. Paul has gained skills and certifications in: Security (CISSP), Cloud (AWS Solutions Architect and SysOps Administrator), automation (Terraform Associate), networking, virtualization, storage, systems administration and management. Paul has worked in a variety of environments from single server companies to global MPLS networks, Cloud deployments, multi-million dollar storage arrays and unix boxes, x86 rackmount and blade servers, network attached storage, fiber channel fabrics, and VMware virtual infrastructure supporting stand-alone and multi-tiered distributed applications.
