I'm a resource developer from way back. Once upon a time there was just print. Now we live in a dynamic world of blended learning, where physical and digital, personal and professional spaces, mix freely. The new opportunities this world offers make the work I do exciting and challenging. As a developer, I pride myself on my empathy – to be able to view experiences from the learner's perspective.
