Don't Wish for it Work for it! Fitness has been a very important part of my life for the past 14 years. I became a personal trainer because I am passionate about educating, and motivating people along the way to their fitness goals, no matter how big or small they may be. Upon graduating college and taking on a safety specialist position I found I was dealing with numerous injuries that were due to lack of exercise and flexibility. This made me want to be on the other side and prevent these injuries from happening in the first place. I combined my college education in Safety Studies/Business Marketing with my passion for strength training and earned my PT certification. I now run my own training business and help people reach their fitness goals, whether it be to lose a little fat, tone up, be more flexible, or to just feel better about themselves. There is nothing more rewarding to help someone become someone they never thought they could be.
