I help clients plan with confidence — whether it’s addressing residency and domicile issues, managing US and UK filing obligations, structuring wealth for future generations, or resolving historic non-compliance with HMRC or the IRS.I have particular expertise in advising on the US Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI) regime — an area that affects many US citizens and green card holders who own interests in non-US businesses. I regularly work alongside legal and investment advisers to deliver coordinated, tax-efficient outcomes.
