About Paul Baker

I have over 40 years’ experience working for government and private sectors as an electronic security specialist and protective security practitioner. During this time I have led security risk assessments for state and national critical infrastructure projects, as well as managing protective security training programs for government agencies. I have led the development of protective security capability at all levels of government and collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders in the provision of leading-edge protective security advice and electronic project management. I have extensive knowledge of Australian Government Security Policy, the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and ASIO technical notes and Australian Standards governing the construction and management of physical security zones. I have developed physical and electronic security specifications and have project managed many government security projects with PSPF physical security ratings of zone 2 to zone 5. I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Science (Security) at Edith Cowan University (WA).
