Accustomed to leading local and international teams, and liaising with other specialists and advisers, in order to deliver advice and transactions in a timely, pragmatic and value-added manner, and where applicable ensuring that the legal transaction flows through into the accounting and tax reporting. A member of the R3 Tax committee and also HMRC’s tax liaison group, and regularly involved in discussing legislation and its interpretation for this specialist area.
