As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Connect Appointments, I recruit for multiple clients from various industries, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and updating worker records. I also liaise with clients about potential candidates and current open bookings, as well as assisting them with all queries and audits. I use Excel daily to update staffing plans and management information reports, and I take part in the payroll process by paying working hours, checking off, and generating invoices. I have a first class honours degree in business from the University of the West of Scotland, where I completed a dissertation project on social media and consumer purchasing. I have also developed strong sales skills from my previous role as a Graduate Management Trainee at Enterprise, where I was ranked first for retail and insurance sales out of 100+ employees in my region for two months in a row. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, generating new business leads, and resolving problems. I am confident, hard-working, and always eager to learn and improve.
