About Paul Batfay

I am an experienced, outcomes-focused adult learning and organisation development strategist and practitioner, with a background in risk, commercial management and leadership roles. I have a high care-factor, put the team first and see things through to the finish. I believe in the potential of people to solve wicked problems, so I make inclusion the beating heart of what I do. As one of the few IAF-accredited process and innovation facilitators in Australia, I thrive in complexity; regularly involving systems-thinking and participatory design to innovatively create strategy and the associated solutions. I specialise in the user adoption of collaborative and educational technologies, including by completing post-graduate research at Sydney University, developing a student-centric pedagogical framework for immersive virtual environments.
