I am a highly motivated and focused individual with extensive NPD experience with many of the UK and European leading retail ISB’s and foodservice accounts. I value attention to detail when managing national and local exhibitions, delivering presentations and facilitating training. I have a vast knowledge of food processing (Industrial and Craft) Project management skills. I am an excellent communicator at all levels and my networking skills are a reflection of many years of achievements. Coupled with strong customer relationship management, I bring with me a wealth of experience, knowledge and understanding of the industry, together with a wide range of product, ingredients and processing knowledge, This is complimented by my high level of practical and commercial experience. Most definitely described as an enthusiastic, motivating team member, my management skills suit all and reflect my flexible yet disciplined style. I enjoy cross-functional working relationships, particularly with suppliers, customers and colleagues. I have an excellent creative skill level which I am keen to share with Customers and Colleagues. I am a quality driven individual with total commitment to delivering excellent customer service at all times. I travel extensively through business and utilise my time away from home to support the business through committed networking and maintain commercial awareness of the bakery market.
