What began in a small, family-owned storefront has grown into a leadership journey that includes managing full-scale divisions, mentoring technical teams, and overseeing high-end projects for elite clientele. From technician work and system design to executive-level team and budget management, I’ve had the opportunity to learn every layer of the integration business. I’ve led teams of 35+, standardized multi-department workflows, and helped shape operational strategies for one of the top integrators in the region—serving ultra-exclusive resorts in Big Sky, MT and beyond. I’m passionate about continuous improvement, quality execution, and helping teams achieve their best work—whether through hands-on design expertise or operational leadership.
