I lead with purpose, drawing on deep experience in complaints handling, conflict resolution, and case management to support schools in navigating complexity with clarity and care. My work is grounded in collaboration—with school leaders, executive teams, and community stakeholders—to drive meaningful change across our Brisbane Catholic Education schools. I’m committed to elevating student voice and agency, strengthening leadership capability, and embedding practices that foster trust, transparency, and wellbeing. Whether I’m shaping strategic initiatives like the Complaints Management Project or engaging directly with principals and associations, I bring a thoughtful, values-driven approach to every conversation.
