Paul Boland holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the McKenna School at St. Vincent College, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) through the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University. Mr. Paul Boland has been teaching courses on taxation at Rowan College of Gloucester County since the Fall of 2011. Paul serves Atelier's Operational and Real Estate entities primarily within the financial function providing financial statements for management/ownership/board review. Paul harnesses technological innovation to manage accounting data in a way that provides 'real-time' transparency to the users of financial data. Paul utilizes interactive data visualization techniques to distill abstruse financial detail and help guide the managerial decision-making process towards effective opportunity discovery, creation, and realization. In addition to the day-to-day work, Paul also serves as a board member for the Non-Profit Development Center for Southern New Jersey with a primary focus on teaching finance and budgetary discipline to Non-Profit administrative teams within the college educational series initiative. He also serves on the Rowan Alumni Council for the Rohrer Business School. Paul Boland is also the co-author of several academic research papers in the area of business management, finance, and entrepreneurship. Paul's research entitled "Lean Startup: Opportunity Discovery or Opportunity Creation?" was presented at the 2014 USASBE Conference at Fort Worth, Texas. More recently a paper in the area of statistical analysis for informed managerial decision making was presented at the NEDSI 2014 Conference.
