I am an A+ certified Information Technology Professional who is a proven high-performing worker, manager, and leader. After a 24 year career in the US Army, I am using my skills to help improve the organization, workforce, and its processes to become more efficient. Throughout, the years I have configured, deployed, and supported many types of systems including those such as Dell, HP, MSI, ASUS, and other miscellaneous laptops and desktops. I am very familiar with Microsoft Windows and its products such as the Office 365 suite. I have used and configured Windows Server 2016, completed tasks in Active Directory in order to create, delete, or set up accounts and change user passwords. Analytical and adept at resolving complex network issues along with the security that goes with protecting the network. I have provided my own maintenance and user support for numerous devices and operating systems for years including Linux, iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry, Nest, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Cisco, VMWare, Chromebook, SalesForce, Avaya, etc. I spent over 20 years in the Active US Army and was a power generation equipment repairer. I worked my way up from an entry-level mechanic to a senior maintenance fleet supervisor. I have been a service school instructor for mid-level leadership, up to performing duties as a Forward Operating Base Mayor in Afghanistan, and have done many multi-million-dollar projects with 100% success including the planning, construction, and use of a post office, airfield, and hospital. Strong ability to lead several major projects simultaneously without sacrificing the integrity of the projects. I have been consistently given unrelated situations in different career fields but can quickly grasp new concepts with little to no guidance and have always had outstanding results both as a team player and as an individual. Attention to detail and always looking to make things better. I have already been successful as a supervisor in a remote environment and have proven to be a valuable team member.
