As a Business Analyst on the Enrollment Brokerage Project for Texas Health and Human Services Commission, my responsibilities include-Manage development, perform impact assessment/risk analysis, provide coordination, status checks, reviews, and timeline management for statewide projects with a broad range of business requirements-Manage business and functional requirements through implementation including, but not limited to, tracking changes, analyzing proposed changes for impact, creating and revising requirements documentation and user notication, developing and designing functional design documents, and working directly with the Systems team to ensure the correct understanding of requirements-Liaise directly with a government entity (Health and Human Services Commission) to assist in developing User Stories for a Agile projects. With more than five years of experience, my talents and skills will continue to expand the the scope of my role.
