About Paul Buchroeder

As a member of international teams, I was able to experience the challenges that arise when different expectations meet and compromises become indispensable to overcome differences. Thanks to my extensive experience in various international business environments (EMEA region), I was given the opportunity to acquire proven intercultural communication skills. In this environment, the knowledge of group and organisational sociology acquired during my studies, which regards the structures and processing of decisions within organisations as a research object, proves to be supportive. My main focus lies on the management and development of existing business relationships with major customer accounts and upper medium-sized companies. The success of my customers is the greatest motivation and my highest goal at the same time. In order to achieve this goal, key aspects such as continuous internal coordination across teams, open and direct external communication as well as the incessant quest to find sustainable solutions in the interest of the customers are essential.
