Non-Executive Director of Older Persons Advocacy Network Limited (OPAN). The principal activities of OPAN are delivering through members the Australian Department of Health National Aged Care Advocacy Program. Non- Executive Director of Plumbers Supplies Co-operative Limited (PSC) and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee. The principal activity of PSC is the sale of plumbing supplies. It has more than 4,500 members and branches across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. Former Partner at BDO East Coast Partnership with significant experience in the audit of public and private entities along with due diligence and IPO experience. Prior to BDO’s integration with PKF, I was the Asia Pacific representative on the PKF International Board for seven years to 2011. I was also the Managing Partner of PKF NSW for five years to 2003 and Chairman of the Australian member firms of PKF International for six years to 2005. I was a member of the BDO East Coast Practice board and also Chaired the firms finance committee. I was a former technical panel member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a member of the Accounting Practices Group (forerunner of the UIG and Council member of the Accounting Foundation of The University of Sydney (2007- 2019). My experience includes entities across a number of industries including health, education, aged care, retail and wholesaling. Over the years, I have been involved with a number of not-for-profit entities in the healthcare and social services sector.
