About Paul Buning

I thrive in an environment where the work directly impacts the lives of the individual. I enjoy seeing people happy as a result of the product or service that I produced or contributed to. I enjoy interacting with the customers or end-users, listening to their problems and providing potential solutions. I have experience working for both the public and private sectors. I have worked in consulting, design, and construction management. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself- I can successfully conduct consecutive days of stakeholder meetings to gather their needs/problems and advise potential solutions - I am able to successfully supervise multiple stages of testing to provide acceptances of test results - I can mentor multiple individuals and successfully provide career advice and guidance Outside of work, I am an avid rock climber, and fitness enthusiast. I exercise in order to not only perform better at the sports that I play, but to maintain overall health and strength for longevity. I am also a Freelance Photographer specializing in Portrait, Lifestyle and Couples Photography.
