Independent and bespoke travel professional. Hello and welcome, it’s great to meet you. I’m Paul your local West Country Travel Counsellor. Whilst being very much a Somerset boy, I am proud to have over 20 years of working within the travel industry tucked under my belt, ranging from my formative years working within a travel agents, to many years flying with Virgin Atlantic, and also providing top class customer service for All Nippon Airways. These experiences help me to understand what you, the traveller expect when it comes to customer service and your travels. I pride myself being able to deliver a personalised, friendly, knowledgeable and all round exceptional service. I very much appreciate that the journey is as important as the destination. I have travelled extensively around our wonderful world and have roamed through every continent. When it comes to my all time favourites, Japan is my destination of choice. I was fortunate enough to live in this amazingly unique country and have travelled the length and breadth of the Japanese islands, from living on a rice farm in the Tohoku region in the north of Honshu, to relaxing on the pure shores of Okinawa’s Yaeyama Islands and everything in between. I pride myself on my knowledge of this mysterious land. I am able to offer you a bespoke and highly personalised service no matter what your travel requirement may be.
