I have been successful as a Business Consultant, IT Architect and Senior Project Leader for Enterprise level projects which are focussed on core business processes. Often my work touches all parts of the client estate with the potential for very high profile consequences if things don't go smoothly. I have built successful wellness business start-ups having been involved in building new business and setting up capabilities within these organisations, I have extensive experience of the hospitality industry. I have been very successful working closely with the clients on their projects, ensuring that all their requirements are understood and the solution is well developed and mapped out. This style has been instrumental in gaining trust and engagement from clients as well as consistently delivering robust and stable solutions, managing all potential risks to ensure business continuity. I thrive in positions requiring End to End involvement, facilitating experts from both client and external positions so the project doesn't suffer from inertia and is delivered against time, quality and budget KPI's Coaching and mentoring is also a strength with extensive experience of working with individuals and groups to develop skills and capabilities within existing and new teams. I work hard to stay up to date with emerging technology and business development strategies and can help clients take bold steps without risk, upgrading or expanding the capability and importantly, reap the rewards. I'm also a qualified Fitness Instructor, Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach and Heart Rate Variability practitioner, with a focus on supporting clients with their corporate health and wellness strategies. It's an exciting and challenging area to work in but I'm pleased to be able to help clients make significant organisational transformations in a measured and intelligent manner.
