About Paul Carroll

I help organizations maintain resilient IT operations by combining 9+ years of hands-on technical expertise with proven leadership in service delivery, incident management, and process improvement.Since joining Fexco in 2016, I’ve progressed from Technical Operations Engineer to Application Support Team Lead and now Technical Operations Specialist. Along the way, I’ve built a track record of improving SLA compliance, streamlining incident response, and coordinating seamless change and release processes. My technical toolkit includes Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Splunk, Opswise automation, SQL, and Jira Cloud, while my leadership experience spans team development, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. I’m often the go-to SME for troubleshooting critical issues, coordinating release handovers, and driving process improvements that reduce downtime and risk. With a background in coaching and teaching, I bring strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset — bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. I thrive in high-pressure environments where service continuity is non-negotiable.
