I am an experienced and effective Human Services Administrator. I have taught and developed student programming in higher education and led mid-sized not-for-profits, particularly those serving individuals with a spectrum diagnosis. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I bring my professional and life experience to bear in individualized therapy for individuals with a variety of needs in Nassau County. My core competencies include strategic planning, program evaluation, staff development, and developing partnerships with community stakeholders. I hold Master's and Doctoral degrees in Social Work and a passion for empowering individuals and communities through education, training, and employment. I am skilled in adult education, staff development, and higher education, and have a proven track record of managing and growing programs and teams. I am always looking for new ways to leverage my expertise and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
