About Paul Cincotta

As a dedicated Technical Event Manager at AVPartners, I thrive on bringing innovative event solutions to life at RACV Royal Pines Resort. With a passion for audiovisual technology and a keen eye for detail, I ensure every event is executed flawlessly, leaving a lasting impression on our clients and their guests. Whilst stepping into my current role, I have built a successful career as a wedding, portrait, and event photographer. My work has been recognised with over 75 state, national, and international awards, and I hold the distinction of being a double Master of Photography with the Australian Institute of Professional Photography and the Wedding Portrait Photographers International 2015 Wedding Grand Champion after taking out first place in both wedding & portrait categories in the same year. This experience has honed my ability to capture and convey stories through visuals, a skill I bring to every event I manage. With more than 15 years of experience in the events industry, I specialise in orchestrating seamless technical setups for a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to elaborate weddings. My role involves not only managing the technical aspects but also collaborating closely with clients and team members to create memorable experiences tailored to specific needs and visions. At AVPartners, I am proud to be part of an amazing team that consistently pushes the boundaries of what’s possible in event production. Whether it’s integrating the latest AV technologies or troubleshooting under pressure, I am committed to delivering excellence and exceeding expectations.
