I have confident in the computer industry; I played all the roles, customer, technical consultant, sales consultant and support engineer. I enjoy closing sales deals in IT solutions, either in the security field or in the IT management field; one of my specialties is to find the complement between the technical and the sales skills in my career to make a good offer to the customers. My experience have 2 scenarios, the first one like a technical engineer for 6 years since I graduated from the University, I started like a helpdesk support and I finish doing management of technical group. The second scenario develops my sales and consultant experience but I don't forget to increase my technical knowledge, because I think that a good salesman is who understand the customer's needs. I have accreditations either in the technical and sales fields, MCSE, MCDBA, Altiris engineer, HP accredited sales professional, Nokia NCSA and Check Point Partner sales certification.
