Originally I was an A-List Preferred flyer on Southwest, before embarking on my second career seven years ago as a CSA then CS II in LAX, before going Inflight for 3+ years, to my present position the past year of being a Duty Supervisor in CHS. I worked for 30+ years in Hollywood as a writer/producer/director and what with my Customer Service experiences at Southwest, I feel I have a very unique and one-of-a-kind perspective to bring to guiding the future of Southwest. Maybe it's in Innovation, Marketing or relating to our Customers some way, somehow unbeknownst to me with my unique background and public speaking experience. I am the son of a Boeing executive and grew up in Seattle, and between my LUV of Southwest today, my families past history with Boeing for which I am forever grateful and my interests in the entertainment industry in which I had the great fortune to live my life's dreams.
