About Paul Copeland

I have worked as a nurse in healthcare for 30 years. My experiences have led me to gain expertise in back end revenue cycle with front end applications, payor relations, clinical appeals, care management, ICU, ER, and Surgery, and have allowed me to work with some of the industry's best caregivers and brightest minds. My recent experience as a clinical appeals specialist has given me the opportunity to observe the back end of the revenue cycle and develop a strategic business model addressing hundreds of millions of dollars at risk annually. My desire is to pursue my leadership passion to create right relationships in healthcare, from payor to provider, so that healthcare providers and the community are sustained for years to come.
