I get the most satisfaction from the opportunities where I am able to provide the service of resolving frustrating issues for others, using cooperative methods that empower the user with better sense of the cause of the issue and how to avoid or handle it in the future. By pairing my patient, analytical and research based nature with the troubleshooting skills that my existing 13+ years of technical experience has allowed me to build upon, I always strive to ensure an issue is promptly resolved and the issue fully explained. Another source of my drive for success is experiencing the excitement generated by a user I've assisted when a new process/tool is utilized successfully for the first time and its potential is realized. Being able to help guide others in discovering the best ways to tackle their challenges with technology has always been the most rewarding part of my information tech support career and I'm always looking forward to new ways to provide the best solution to others.
