Since completing my undergraduate degree in exercise physiology at ECU I have gained a wide range of clinical exercise testing and prescription experience ranging from chronic disease management, providing rehabilitation services to workers compensation & motor vehicle injury clients, cardiovascular rehabilitation working with high risk and transplant patents, orthopaedic rehabilitation and occupational health and safety. I also have had considerable involvement with clinical research working as an assistant at ECU Research institute working with the Exercise for Cancer programs and SCGH Hepatology department.My motivations are to combine my passion for exercise physiology, promoting messages of good health, and education with high quality evidence-based treatment.
